This way I was able to identify the problem and cure it. For the record: When I first defined the blog in the settings, I didnt use my full email address for the username, only the name without the @mail.com suffix. Interestingly enough I was able to connect and fetch all posts this way, but not send. Putting the full email address into the username field solved the problem. This is an inconsistency either in Blogilo or with blogspot.com. This is what i got on the console: bilbo(26486) KBlog::GDataPrivate::authenticate: RegExp got authentication string: "https://www.blogger.com/account-moved.g?bloggerUsername=sanskritfritz&email=sanskritfritz%40mailer.com (I faked the email address here) So, case solved for me, thanks again. golnaz on "Submit does nothing" http://blogilo.gnufolks.org/forum/topic/submit-does-nothing#post-176 Sat, 05 Dec 2009 23:21:51 +0000 golnaz 176@http://blogilo.gnufolks.org/forum/ If you get some error message on screen or in terminal, please put it here. but if you see no messages, you can compile blogilo from source and add this switch when running cmake: <code>-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug</code> After building blogilo, run kdebugdialog application, then check item 0 (generic) in the kdebugdialog window, and close the app. Now when you run blogilo from terminal, you can see full debug messages, And you can paste them somewhere for us. No messages whatsoever on the command line either.
