			<description>&#60;p&#62;Tested it just superficially at this point, what i have done so far is installed and published the RSD and metaweblog api plugins. From Bilbo i just setup things with username and password and pointed it to &#60;a href=&#34;http://domainname.com/xmlrpc/index.php/xmlrpc.php&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://domainname.com/xmlrpc/index.php/xmlrpc.php&#60;/a&#62; and set it to use the movabletype api and was able to upload images, althought their name gets clobbered upon upload they in fact are uploaded and i can add content to the front page, will test more stuff later this evening.
